Croft Circuit will welcome the British Touring Car Championship back to North Yorkshire once again in 2021 following confirmation of next year’s calendar.
In what is set to be another blockbuster summer of motorsport, Britain’s premier race series will speed into the north east of the UK on June 12/13 for Rounds 13, 14 & 15.
Returning to its traditional spot on the BTCC calendar, the weekend will round out the first half of the 2021 campaign and undoubtedly prove pivotal in the outcome of the overall title battle.
The 2021 season will begin at Brands Hatch before visits to Donington Park, Thruxton and Oulton Park; with the annual trip to North Yorkshire rounding out the first half of the season.
Snetterton will mark the start of the second half of the campaign with Knockhill, Thruxton, Silverstone and Brands Hatch rounding out the 30-race, ten event season.
In addition to the BTCC, the traditional mix of TOCA support championships will also take centre stage over the course of the weekend at Croft - further adding to the edge-of-the-seat entertainment.
This year’s British Touring Car Championship meeting is currently scheduled to take place on October 10/11, having been rescheduled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. More information regarding this event will be issued in due course on the venues website and social channels.
