"Sunday Drive With a Difference at Croft Circuit” A Successful First Event
Sunday, 17 May marked the launch of our inaugural “Sunday Drive... with a Difference” Track Experience Day at Croft Circuit, and it delivered exactly what it promised: an accessible, exciting and relaxed way to experience a real UK race circuit.
Designed for both newcomers and enthusiastic drivers alike, the event focused on quality track time, expert instruction, and a low-pressure environment and the feedback from participants confirms it was a strong success.
A More Relaxed Way to Experience Croft Circuit
Unlike traditional track days, this format was intentionally limited in numbers, allowing drivers more space on circuit and more time with instructors. The result was a more focused experience where participants could concentrate on developing their driving skills while enjoying the full 2.1-mile Croft Circuit layout.
Drivers had the opportunity to experience two standout performance cars: the MINI Cooper, perfect for learning precision and handling through technical corners, and the Alpine A110S, delivering balance, speed, and confidence through flowing sections of track. We topped it off with hot laps with ARDS-qualified instructors, who offered a thrilling introduction to the circuit at full pace. For those not driving, passenger hot laps were also available.

The success of this first “Sunday Drive with a Difference” has set a strong foundation for future events. Based on demand and feedback, similar smaller-format track experience days are expected to return, offering more drivers the chance to enjoy Croft Circuit in a focused, enjoyable way.
