What to Expect

This two-day event features classics from the 1950s to the 1980s, offering something for all the family. A staple on the calendar for over a decade, this popular meeting at North Yorkshire’s premier race circuit has evolved from the Croft Nostalgia and Croft Retro events.

This year’s summer festival will deliver not just classic racing but a plethora of all-round entertainment, including children’s rides and live music. On-track action will showcase various classes from the Historic Sports Car Club, featuring classic vehicles spanning the decades from the 1950s to the 1980s. Off the circuit, expect many new additions designed to evoke memories of yesteryear.

Highlights include appearances by a Wright Cyclone R3350 and a Rolls Royce Merlin, a display of steam engines, a British Hercules engine, and Dioramas. There will also be a mini train station ride, carousel, and hook-a-duck for the kids, a large tipi with seating to enjoy food and entertainment, and a food court featuring a prosecco van.

Live music from the 1950s to the 1980s will fill the air, with the ever-popular Colin Bourdiec and the Northallerton Silver Band returning to the track. A variety of trade stands will be available for the crowds to enjoy, and the friendly atmosphere at Croft Circuit allows everyone to get close to the race cars in the paddock area, alongside a display of around 600 pre-1988 vehicles. Additionally, there will be a competition on Sunday for the best-dressed in vintage costumes.

Application forms for those interested in entering the displays or having a trade stand are now unavailable.

Croft’s brand-new Café, Hangar 50, will also be open and serving refreshments throughout the weekend. Don't miss this nostalgic celebration of classic motorsport at Croft Circuit!
