Croft Revs Up for No Limits Racing Action

Croft Circuit will once again reverberate to the sound of motorcycles when round three of the popular No Limits Racing series heads to the North Yorkshire track on 31 May & 1 June 2025.

The two-day meeting will see some of the country’s top riders battle it out for various championship honours in a series of sprint and endurance races across a packed timetable of 22 races.

The headline three-hour ACU Motul National Endurance Championship and Motul No Limits Club Endurance Championship race will be held on Saturday as a variety of top riders and machinery lines up on the grid. However, missing will be winners last time out at Brands Hatch; the JR Performance Racing trio of Craig Neve, Finley Arscott and Harrison Crosby. Neve was injured at the recent North West 200 whilst Arscott and Crosby are on Pirelli National Superstock duty at Donington Park this weekend so have opted to give this round a miss.

Runners-up from round two, Harry Dennison, Jordan Browse and Kiron Nicholson will be heading to Croft as one of the favourites, but the Lodge brothers, Jonathan and James from Huddersfield, will take some beating as normal.

In the Pirelli Super Series 1000, leader Max Lofthouse will be in action on his BMW and will be looking to carve out more of a points advantage from second-placed Tom Norton on the Aprilia. Lancastrian Lofthouse won the final race at Brands Hatch after a consistent weekend which had seen him claim third place on the podium in the two previous races and will be looking for a repeat performance in the three races at Croft. BSB ace Ash Barnes will prove tough to beat but local hope from Hartlepool, Tommy Fielding, will be in with a shout also.

The Pirelli Super Series 600 will compete once on Saturday before a double-header on Sunday. Championship leader Joe Sheldon-Shaw will miss the weekend so second placed Dan Stamper will be out to reap the benefits in his absence. Stamper made it to the top step of the podium in race one last time out before finishing second in the other two races but will face pressure from a number of former BSB racers including Aaron Silvester, Adam Hartgrove and Lyndon Leatherland, whilst local ace James Alderson from Durham always goes well at Croft so expect him to be in the mix.

The Supertwins class includes Masham racer Fred Driver-Smith whilst the Next Gen Sportsbike category sees BSB aces Ed Best, Charlie Atkins, Jake Stephenson and Charlotte Marcuzzo do battle. In the CB500 Veteran’s class, Harrogate’s Mike Edwards competes in his 45th year of racing and is still as competitive as ever.

Opening the racing on both days will be the Metzeler Newcomer 600 and the Pre-Injection 600 whilst other classes include Streetbikes, Standard Twins, Metzeler Newcomer and Premier 1000, NL Cup 1000 and NL Old School 1K Trophy, No Limits Cup 600, NL Streetbike Cup, CB500 and Newcomers, Modern & Retro 400 and the Ducati Challenge.

Qualifying begins at 9.30am on Saturday followed by race one at 11.50am. Racing starts at midday on Sunday with a full programme throughout the afternoon on both days.

Adult admission is just £17 on both days with accompanied children aged 15 and under admitted FREE.

There is also FREE car parking and FREE paddock access.
